Shipping Guidelines
HolidayChinaCorner uses FedEx as our main carrier. Their days of operation are M-F, meaning they only pick up and deliver packages on these days. FedEx also takes the major holidays off and does not pick up or deliver on these holidays. FedEx does not move packages on Saturday or Sunday and these 2 days do not count toward their shipping days. FedEx will make Saturday deliveries, however it must be prearranged and only on Next Day Air packages. The fee for this service is an additional $20.
Turnaround Time
HolidayChinaCorner provides a variety of shipping options. We strive to process all orders within 24 - 72 hours. Our cut off time for priority shipments is 10:00 am EST. Any orders received after 10:00 am, will be processed the next business day. Subsequent to this processing, your order will either be shipped directly from our warehouse in Charlottesville, VA or "drop shipped" directly from the manufacturer.
